SEEO is a district operated independent studies charter school in Pomona, Ca. In efforts to meet the changing needs of students, teachers formed a volunteer based "Blended Learning Design Team" in fall of 2014. In year one, the team met to first look deeply at the setting of their school, analyze student learning, study in full- and half-day pull out sessions blended learning trends and apps. By year two, a plan was created using teacher generated content that relied on increasing speaking, listening, and interactivity. Year three continued with full course roll out and implementation of these strategies.
